Everything We Don’t Lift and its components sell is for racing and off highway use only. There are no warranties expressed or implied on any items we carry. We Don’t Lift and its components liability is limited to replacement or refund at our discretion. The labor or installation charges for any components purchased from We Don’t Lift and its components will be the responsibility of the end user. Some products may be covered by manufacturer or supplier warranties. Terms and conditions may vary by product and manufacturer / supplier. We Don’t Lift will assist customers when possible in gaining satisfaction with product manufacturers if possible, however cannot guarantee their support/assistance.

======RETURN POLICY======

We Don’t Lift has a knowledgeable staff here to guide you with your purchases. Please take advantage of this BEFORE purchasing if there is uncertainty.

Items that have been purchased within the last 30 days can be returned for refund or store credit at our discretion.

Items that have been purchased outside of the last 30 days can be returned for store credit at our discretion.

The cost of return shipping is not covered by We Don’t Lift or its components and is the purchasers responsibility. Your item’s original shipping cost is non refundable. Purchases that qualified for free shipping may be subject to refund adjustment to reflect actual shipping costs.

We Don’t Lift and components reserve the right to charge a restocking fee if we deem it applicable.

All items must be unused in their original manufacturer packaging in an undamaged state. This includes all hardware, instructions, tags, or other originally included accessories and parts.

All returns must be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please contact us by phone or email (support@wedontlift.com) to obtain an RMA # for an approved return. Your RMA number must be written on the inside and outside of the package. Please include your original invoice in the packaging. Packages received without RMA and original invoice will be not be processed / refused upon arrival.

Please ensure your items are properly packaged for shipping. Please do not ship items with the manufacturer packaging exposed. We retain the right to charge a restocking fee or decline credit if items are received damaged.

Please return your package using a traceable service such as UPS or Fedex. Please insure them for the proper amount. We Don’t Lift and components will not be held liable for lost or damaged returns, and no credit will be issued. Any claims between the carrier and the customer are to be handled without We Don’t Lift and components intervention.

Special order and close out items are not returnable due to the nature of their purchase. These items are final sale.

Some specific types of items are not able to be returned under any circumstance due to the nature of their use. These include the following but are not limited to: all seats, helmets, fire suits, nomex underwear, racing earbuds and ear plugs, batteries, fire systems, batteries and extinguishers.  WDL Reserves the rights to issue store credit at their discretion.
